Your privacy is important to us and we would like to communicate with you about the EPBPG and its activities. The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into law on 25th May 2018 and the EPB Preservation Group are covered by this law as we hold personal data as an organisation.

 

You can grant consent to all the purposes; some of the purposes or none of the purposes. Where you do not grant consent we will not be able to use your personal data; (so for example we may not be able to send you the EPBPG magazine or let you know about news and events); except in certain limited situations, such as where required to do so by law.

 

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting the Membership Secretary by email, membership@epbpg.co.uk or by writing to EPBPG Membership, 25 Amber Close, Earley, Reading, RG6 7ED.

 

This data is used to send out EPBPG Magazines/newsletters, membership renewals and occasional notices but nothing else.

You can find out more about how we use your data from our “Privacy Notice” which is available from the Membership Secretary.

 

We will never pass or sell your data to any other organisation or individual, unless legally required to do so.
